4. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

• All bookings require advance reservation
• Confirmation is subject to availability
• Full payment or deposit may be required to secure booking

Payment

• Payment is due as specified in booking confirmation
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change without notice for future bookings

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 14+ days before service: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
• Weather-related cancellations by Fraser Peak: Full refund or reschedule
• No-shows: No refund

Safety Requirements

• Physical injury or illness
• Getting lost or separated from group

Limitation of Liability

Fraser Peak Outdoor Adventures' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Losses due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Costs incurred due to trip delays or cancellations
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

Insurance

• Participants strongly advised to obtain travel insurance
• Personal accident and medical insurance recommended
• Fraser Peak maintains public liability insurance
• Equipment insurance available for rental items

7. Equipment and Property

Rental Equipment

• Equipment must be returned in same condition as received
• Damage beyond normal wear will incur repair charges
• Lost or stolen equipment charged at replacement cost
• Equipment inspection required upon return

Personal Property

• Fraser Peak not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
• Secure storage not guaranteed during activities
• Valuable items left at participant's own risk
• Recommended to leave valuables at accommodation
